Luann D'Agostino’s daughter Victoria de Lesseps has some explaining to do! The 22-year-old daughter of the Real Housewives of New York City star found herself in serious trouble in the Hamptons recently, when she was pulled over by the cops for driving without headlights. According to RadarOnline.com, Victoria was driving on Main Street in Sag Harbor, Long Island, when the incident occurred. But Victoria didn’t just get in trouble for the headlights! The Housewives star was then taken to the station, where she allegedly blew a .15 — even though the legal limit is .08 percent!
According to The East Hampton Star, Victoria wasn’t released from the station until the next morning. And on May 5th, she’s due in court over the alleged incident.
But Victoria’s lawyer, Edward Burke, Jr., isn’t worried! “I look forward to defending her vigorously in court,” he said.

As Victoria deals with the fallout from the arrest, her mother LuAnn is still challenging rumors that her new husband, Tom D’Agostino, is cheating on her.
In the season premiere of RHONY, LuAnn refused to listen to Ramona Singer’s accusations about her man. “I know what I have,” she explained. “I’m not going to listen to the fodder of all you girls anymore…I’m a big girl and I know what I’m doing.”
