Maci Bookout has been a fan favorite since the very beginning of Teen Mom OG. On Monday, February 4th, the mother-of-three gave fans another reason to love her even more after she shared a "family" photo with her ex-boyfriend and first baby daddy Ryan Edwards' current wife, Mackenzie, and all the children.

Maci captioned the photo, "Family isn’t an important thing, it’s everything." In the photo, Maci's children, Bentley, Jayde, and Maverick pose with Mackenzie and Ryan's newborn son, Jagger, and the MTV star's wife's son from a previous marriage, Hudson. In a second photo, Maci and Mackenzie join the kids.
Adding, "Safe to say Jayde is never going to have a boyfriend!"
Fans couldn't get over how amazing it is that Maci posed for a photo with Ryan's current wife.

One user wrote, "Maci- you continually amaze me. You are one of the most selfless people when it comes to your kids. Ryan has done you wrong so many times. Mackenzie has done you wrong so many times...but yet here you are, putting that all aside for your kids. I’m always in awe of you!" Another fan gushed, "Maci, you have a heart of gold!"

As it's been previously reported, Ryan checked himself out of a 90 day stint in rehab back in November 2018. Just weeks later he found himself in trouble yet again. He was arrested on Wednesday, January 23rd at 12:45 am and will remain in jail until April.
