RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that the former MTV star is coming back!
“Mackenzie has been filming,” an insider told Radar. “She will appear in a few episodes towards the end of the season.”
A second insider told the site that her appearance is a “trial period.” The appearance on the show will determine if she will “continue as an original girl.”

As fans may remember, Mackenzie joined MTV on the hit series 16 & Pregnant when she was expecting her first child, Gannon, in 2011 with her now husband, Josh McKee.
In 2013, Mackenzie appeared on Teen Mom 3 with Briana DeJesus, Alex Sekella and Katie Yeager.
As fans may see on Mackenzie's social media accounts, she is now a mother to three children, a wife, and the owner of a fitness empire.
