Madonna shared a NSFW video of herself "preparing for the day" on Instagram on Wednesday, August 14. The singer warmed up for her Madame X tour rehearsals by stretching and doing the splits while the cameras rolled.
Madonna, 60, donned tiny black shorts, fishnet stockings and knee pads in the clip.
The legendary icon casually looked at things on her phone and texted while she worked out the kinks in her body.
"That’s quite a spread you’ve prepared for us Madame," Kelly Ripa wrote in the comments section.

"Hope to be that flexible when I get to her age!" another fan wrote. Others weren't quite so kind though. "No one wants to see that anymore Madge!" one commenter sniped.
The Grammy winner kicks off her tour on September 12th at the BAM Howard Gilman Opera House in Brooklyn, New York.
She will make stops in Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia and Miami before heading overseas. The tour wraps on March 4, 2020.
