After a stop-and-search was performed by the Camden police department on September 28 the 16 year old was arrested and taken into police custody in north London.

Shortly after the arrest, he was bailed out and dealt with by Camden borough's Youth Offending Team.

Despite being very public about the bitter custody battle involving Ritchie, Madonna has yet to address this incident in any way.
Madonna's Son Rocco still in London and out for a bike ride with his father Guy Ritchie.
Just last year the teen refused to leave his Father's London home to join his mother in New York City per the terms of their custody agreement.
