This is certainly not the Mariah Carey we are used to seeing. The 44-year-old songstress was spotted in Beverly Hills heading to lunch while wearing an arm sling!

And this unfortunately is not the first time we have seen an injured Mariah. She dislocated her shoulder and cracked a rib in 2013 while filming the remix music video for Beautiful in New York.

Hopefully this arm sling is not due to her 2013 incident. But while she may be hurt, Mariah remained upbeat as she headed to a restaurant, dressed in all black but reminding us that it is the Spring with her bubblegum pink jacket.

Mariah certainly has to take her health more seriously than ever these days, as she will begin her first ever Las Vegas residency at Caesar's Palace this May. "It's a new chapter for me and I'm just excited about it," the singer told Ellen DeGeneres earlier this year. She is set to perform all 18 of her No. 1 hits.
