Mariah Carey shared a touching tribute to one of the 22 victims of the May 22 Manchester bombing, Martyn Hett, who was also a huge Mariah fan.
The singer took to Instagram to honor the 29-year-old PR manager as she captioned a photo of him sporting a Mariah t-shirt: “Devastated to learn that one of the victims in Manchester was part of the #Lambily. RIP Martyn Hett. We will cherish your memory forever. His family and all the families affected are in my thoughts and prayers. MC” (“Lambily” refers to the dedicated group of Mariah Carey fans.)

Even his Twitter bio reads, "My life peaked when I met Mariah Carey."
The 29-year-old’s brother seemed to be comforted by Mariah’s tribute has he wrote on Twitter, “"I was a little dubious about Martyn's recent bold social media move, but it worked.”
In the days before his death, Martyn had been saying goodbye to friends and family as he was set to go on a two-month trip to America.
