While Bruce Willis basks in his $5.5 million payday after finally selling his Idaho mansion this week, Mariska Hargitay is looking for her own real estate windfall since she’s just listed her gorgeous New York City townhouse on the market. Read on for the latest.
After putting their feet up in their 6-story brownstone for the past six years, Mariska and her hubby, Younger star Peter Hermann, have finally decided to say goodbye to it. They’ve just put it on the market for a sweet $10.75 million, according to People magazine.
They only raised their asking price by a half million since purchasing the home they share with their children — daughter Amaya, 7, and sons August, 12, and Andrew, 6 — in 2012.
The potential buyers will be getting a pretty excellent deal. The 7,000-square foot home comes complete with an elevator, 6 bedrooms, 8 and a half bathrooms, a master suite that spans the entire length of the third floor, and a double walk-in closet.
