Justin Timberlake was the halftime performer for this year's game, which took place in Minneapolis. He spent part of his show paying tribute to the late Prince, who was born and resided there.
Past singers and bands that have played the Halftime Show included Katy Perry, Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars. The 2019 Super Bowl will take place in Atlanta, Georgia on February 3rd.
