Mary-Louise Parker may want to be more careful with her debit card. The Weeds star loaned the card to her nanny, Amanda Hoston-St. Louis, so she could go shopping for the actress’ two children. Amanda, however, may have had other ideas. A law enforcement source told the Daily News that the Brooklyn nanny instead allegedly withdrew cash for herself. Mary-Louise’s bank alerted her to the alleged withdrawal after noticing it was no small chunk of change. On Monday, police arrested Amanda, who may have stolen more than $3,000 from Mary-Louise!
According to the law enforcement source, Amanda is being charged with several counts of identity theft, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property.
In a criminal complaint, the nanny is being accused of making two withdrawals since April, both totaling more than $3,000.
