Rihanna looked red hot — almost as red hot as her bright red hair and lips! — in NYC yesterday as she went with boyfriend Los Angeles Dodgers Outfielder Matt Kemp. Rihanna went to get a tattoo on her neck, which she kept covered as she left the tattoo parlor.

Rihanna is currently spending her short break from touring with Matt while he has a few nights off during baseball season.
