Matthew McConaughey made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday, January 24. While playing the talk show's famous game, "Plead The Fifth," the star was asked to rate his top romantic comedy movies from best to worst — putting The Wedding Planner with the beloved Jennifer Lopez last. Scroll through to get all the details!
Matthew has been in New York City for the last few days promoting his newest film, Serenity, but well before he was landing rolls in top dramas and winning Oscars, the 49-year-old was the king of rom coms.
When asked how he would rate his films, Failure to Launch (2006), The Wedding Planner (2001) and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003), the actor gave J. Lo and The Wedding Planner the boot and placed their early 2000s chick flick last.
Matthew gave Failure to Launch, which he co-starred in with Sarah Jessica Parker, 2nd place.

Unsurprisingly so, the actor left first place for fan favorite How to Lose a Guy in 10 days, co-starring Kate Hudson — and 16 years later, Matthew revealed that he's still receiving checks from the movie!
"So How to Lose a Guy, you mentioned earlier how much it’s on. That film has been my greatest mailbox money of any film," he explained to Andy.
The Dallas Buyers Club star continued, "It is always on and there’s always this great little check that shows up in the mail from How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. I did that however many years ago!"
