Megan Thee Stallion took to Twitter on Wednesday, November 20 to shut down the rumors that she's secretly dating Tristan Thompson. The chatter began when the website SportsGossip.com reported that the NBA star slid into the "Hot Girl Summer" songstress' Instagram DMs and invited her to the Cleveland Cavaliers' game against the New York Knicks on November 18.
Megan, 24, attended the game and allegedly had dinner with Tristan, 28, afterwards at Catch in New York City. After a writer for NBA.com tweeted on November 20 that Tristan was getting the night off from the Cavaliers game in Miami, one fan tweeted that Megan "must've wore that boy out!"
Megan hopped on Twitter shortly afterwards to set the record straight. "What in the f**k are you talking about. I wish y’all would stop making s**t up I don’t even know that n***a," she tweeted. "Lol they literally made up a whole LIE I was at Knicks game with my manager and my friend Ej," she added. She proceeded to let her followers know that she would inform them if she was attached. "If I ain’t claiming him he ain’t mine ... SIMPLE," she wrote.
Megan is good friends with Jordyn Woods, who was caught kissing Tristan in February 2019 and was blamed for his breakup with Khloe Kardashian.

Tristan has allegedly been trying to reconcile with Khloe in recent months, but the reality star is said to have no interest in giving him another shot. "It’s hard not to admire Khloé. She decided that she was going to be in a good place with Tristan, because of True and she really is. She refuses to be bitter and dwell on the past," a source told People. "Tristan still tries to date her, but she doesn’t seem interested. She seems very happy the way things are. She loves just being a mom and focusing on work," the source added.
Tristan has left multiple flirty comments for Khloe on her social media accounts, and he took to his own Instagram page to congratulate her after she was named Best Reality Star at the People's Choice Awards 2019.
"Congrats Momma Koko on winning best reality star 2019, that’s two years in a row. Two time champ. I love the sound of that. So proud of all you have accomplished this year.
