Weeks after Samantha Markle was added to the UK police’s “fixated persons” list, yet another one of Meghan Markle’s estranged siblings is in trouble with the authorities. The Duchess of Sussex’s brother Thomas Markle Jr. was arrested in Oregon and charged with a DUI.
According to reports, on the morning of Friday, January 11, the 52-year-old was pulled over by Oregon State police.
Thomas then failed a field sobriety test and blew a .11 onto the breathalyzer.
His arrest is just the latest in a series of Markle family drama and it comes after Meghan’s estranged sister was put on Scotland Yard’s fixated persons list.

The Fixated Threat Assessment Centre was created “to assess and manage the risks from lone individuals who harass, stalk or threaten public figures,” and Samantha landed on their radar after she made an unannounced visit to Kensington Pace.
She attempted to hand-deliver a letter begging her half-sister to reconcile with their father, Thomas Markle Sr., but she was denied access to the royal couple by Harry and Meghan’s security team.
