Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s prison sentence is a big focal point on this season of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. In a sneak peek of the July 18 episode, his castmates Vinny GuadagninoRonnie Ortiz-MagroNicole “Snooki” PolizziDeena CorteseJenni “JWoww” Farley, and Angelina Pivarnick attempt to cheer him up after his prison sentencing in October 2018.

Mike’s castmates did a huge shopping haul and bought him Funfetti cake, chips, cookies, diet soda and more. “Even the Keto Guido will take a bite out of this stuff for Mike today,” Vinny, 31, joked outside of his castmate's home.

“I honestly don’t know how Mike’s feeling today,” JWoww, 33, said in a confessional. “Part of me wants to say he’s doing good, but the human side of me is saying, ‘How can you feel good?’ I feel like a good Funfetti, some chips and some garbage food the day after court morning is Mike’s needed medicine.

“It means the world to me that my homies came by to check up on me. I have the best roommates ever,” Mike, 37, admitted. “In the beginning, when I first got to court and I saw you guys and I started to hug Nicole and Deena, I got a little emotional because you guys looked emotional and I’m like f**k.”

Mike told cameras, “In life there are important things, and those things are the intangibles. Family, love and friendship and I have all three. I’m holding my head high right now.”

“But guys, at the end of the day, the most important thing is I got the girl,” he said about wife Lauren. “And we have a wedding to plan!” The couple got married in November 2018, a month after his prison sentencing.
