After months of ups and downs in their roller-coaster relationship, Miranda Lambert and Evan Felker have called it quits. But now a source revealed it's because he "broke" the country star's "rules." Read on for more details about their messy split.
"I'm happily single," the "Highway Vagabonds" singer told The Tennessean last week, officially announcing her breakup with Evan.
"I don’t think it was a dramatic split, but he knew what he was ‘allowed’ to do based on her rules and he broke them,” an insider revealed to People. “He did something that he knew she wasn’t going to approve of, she assumed he did it and he didn’t deny it.”
Not long after Miranda split from her ex Anderson East, she began dating Evan, who was still legally married to his estranged wife. The two were on tour together at the time.

“Love is a hard road sometimes and it’s been a roller-coaster ride for me, but I’m definitely thankful for all the ups and downs because I’ve had some really good songs come out of it,” Miranda told The Tennessean. “You’ve got to take the bad parts and put them on paper and then move on to the happy parts.”
Maybe their split has something to do with Evan reconnecting with his estranged wife, whom he "ghosted" for the county star.
