On last night's episode of Shahs of Sunset, Mercedes "MJ" Javid  was running out of time to prepare for her upcoming nuptials to Tommy Feight. She only had two days to plaster on the finishing touches of the big day. One of her last acts as bride-to-be before her wedding was to do something incredibly eerie yet unique. The pregnant reality star brought along fellow Shahs cast member and BFF Destiney Rose to the dermatologist to get something called a blood facial.

Also known as a Vampire Facial, the procedure essentially uses your own blood to help stimulate healthy activity in your skin cells. Platelets are emancipated from the blood and are shot up onto your face to give you a golden glow.
