Ariel, 21, looked content after her intense workout at the gym in Hollywood.
The star wore a dark grey zip up hoodie and short, tight, navy blue spandex shorts.
She added a pair of black running Nike sneakers and kept her black locks out of her face and in a messy bun.
While the actress has been working out a lot lately, she revealed on April 9 that she lost weight because of a change in her antidepressant medication.
“I was able to find a great combination of medication that works for me,” Ariel said when a fan asked her why she was so thin during an Instagram story Q&A.
