A preggers Jessica Alba made the rounds in West Hollywood yesterday. First a chiropractor visit with a friend, then a stop at Joan's gourmet supermarket. Perhaps the baby weight has given Jessica troubles with her back, ans she needed some treatment, but the smile on her face says otherwise! She looked pretty jolly as she ran errands!

We must say, Jess's maternity fashion rivals that of the stars who aren't even expecting! She looks great in this floral off the shoulder frock while flattering her popping tummy. Love it!
