Nathan Griffith is back in trouble, again. The former Teen Mom 2 star and Jenelle Evans ex has been arrested in North Carolina.
RadarOnline.com exclusively confirmed that the MTV dad was arrested on October 17, 2019.
Radar obtained police records that stated Nathan was busted for “driving while impaired” outside a grocery store in Cary, North Carolina.
The 32-year-old was handcuffed and taken into custody by Cary Police.
In his mug shot, Nathan seems to be sporting a collared shirt and it is not known why he was in North Carolina, since he lives in South Carolina.
Radar confirmed from the Wake County Sheriff’s Department that he is already out on bond.

Nathan shares his son, Kaiser, 5, with his ex-fiance.
The past few months haven't been easy for Nathan and his family.
He gained custody of Kaiser after Jenelle's husband, David Eason, shot and killed their family dog. Nathan was fighting for full custody. Then, in early July 2019, Jenelle regained custody of her children.
After Jenelle regained custody, Nathan released a statement. "I've calm down a bit and just relying on my faith at this moment," he tweeted. At the time, he also shared an online complaint form, along with the judge's name that gave Jenelle custody of the 5-year-old again. He added, "#TeamGriffith."
As for Nathan, this isn't the first time he's been arrested. On February 25, 2018, he was booked for “striking fixtures on the side of the highway” and failing to report it in North Carolina.
In February 2016, Nathan turned himself in to police for an arrest warrant issued after Jenelle filed larceny charges against him in January 2016.
