Jenelle Evans’ St. Thomas getaway with boyfriend David Eason was picture perfect until Child Protective Services was called! The Teen Mom 2 star’s ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith called CPS on her because he wasn’t informed that she would be travelling out of the country without their son Kaiser.
“Nathan did call CPS and the cops on Jenelle,” a source told RadarOnline. “They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine.”
Kaiser was staying with Jenelle’s roommate Tori Rhyne during her getaway. When Tori explained to cops that Nathan doesn’t have custody of the 1-year-old, the cops dropped the investigation. “They were like, ‘Oh sorry, we had no idea,’" the insider revealed. “They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left.”
While Jenelle didn’t speak with cops during the inspection, she did talk to CPS. “CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that’s all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine,” the source said.

The insider also revealed that Nathan is the one who should worry about CPS! “He took Kaiser to Boston last weekend and no one told Jenelle,” the source said.

While Jenelle has full custody, she allows Nathan to visit their child. “Since the Boston trip, Jenelle told Nathan that if he wants to see Kai, he can take her to court for visitation,” the insider said.
While Jenelle continues to soak up the sun with David, Kaiser is now staying with the MTV star's mother Barbara.
