NeNe Leakes’ oldest son Bryson Bryant has found himself in trouble with the law yet again after he was arrested in connection to a check forgery case.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, police said Duluth was arrested on June 16 in Douglas, Georgia.
Coffee County investigator Robert Sprinkle said that Bryant was not charged with check forgery since he had a fake check written to him but had not made an attempt to cash the check. But the 25-year-old was eventually arrested for giving police officers a false name, which is a misdemeanor charge.
Police said a total of two arrests were made in relation to fraudulent payroll checks being passed through Georgia. Bryant was apprehended after police officers in Douglas witnessed someone making fake Taco Bell payroll checks with a laptop and printer at a McDonald’s. Inginac Walter Theodore was the man arrested by police on five felony counts for printing the fraudulent checks.

Bryant was in the vehicle with Theodore where the checks were being made, and lied to officers about his identity. However, his ID was eventually found on Theodore. According to Sprinkle, Bryant was arrested and released on bond, and Theodore remains at the Coffee County jail.
Bryant’s latest arrest is just one of his many brushes with police. Bryant’s lengthy rap sheet includes an arrest for a probation violation in 2014, an arrest for shoplifting razors at Walmart in 2011 and a 2013 arrest for DUI following a car accident. He appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta during the show’s early seasons. But Leakes now rarely speaks of Bryant on the show, with only her youngest son, Brentt Leakes, making recent appearances on RHOA.
Leakes has yet to comment on her son’s latest legal troubles. But seeing that she celebrated her wedding anniversary to her husband, Gregg Leakes, on Monday and her castmate Porsha Williams’ 34th birthday on Monday as well, the RHOA vet doesn’t appear to be too concerned with her eldest’s current life drama!
