Nick Carter has reached out publicly to his little brother Aaron Carter after his arrest on Saturday, July 15.

Nick took to twitter to address Aaron's arrest, as he was detained on suspicion of driving under the influence and marijuana passion.

"To my brother: I love u no matter what & if u feel the need to reach for help, I am here and willing to help you get better," Nick tweeted. "Family isn't always easy, be we're all here for you."

Aaron was charged with DUI, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to reports, the pop star refused to undergo a breathalyzer and drug test to determine whether he was driving under the influence.

Police told ABC News that the “Come Get It” singer was in the vehicle with his girlfriend, Madison Parker, who was also arrested and charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers and two drug-related charges.

The singer was previously arrested for marijuana possession in February 2008 and three years later he went to rehab to treat his addiction issues.
