As his girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown, remains in Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia, after several months in medical facilities, Nick Gordon may have already moved on to a new lady.
According to reports, Gordon has been spending time with a woman in Florida since relocating to the state to live with his mother, Michelle Gordon.

RadarOnline.com reports that court documents show that his new female friend Heather Posey is a real estate agent who filed for bankruptcy back in 2005.

The documents detail that Posey said that she had a little bit more than $5,000 in personal assets at the time of the filing. They included $450 in clothing and one 1999 Honda Accord. She also claimed that she had no funds in the bank.
Gordon has remained quiet since Bobbi Kristina was moved to the hospice center, offering no official comments on the changes in his girlfriend’s situation.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Gordon’s Atlanta, Georgia, attorney, Joe Habachy, is also “preparing to bring in famous attorney Jose Baez” after Bobbi Kristina’s conservator filed a $10 million lawsuit against Gordon.

In the lawsuit, filed by Bedelia Hargrove, Gordon is accused of intentional infliction of emotional distress, battery, assault and withdrawing funds from her bank account without permission. The suit is asking for “punitive damages in the amount of at least $40,000,000, or a minimum of $10,000,000 for each one of four counts” that Gordon is facing.
