Jonas and Culpo have been dating for a little over a year. They first met at the Miss USA competition in 2013.

During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show in November, Jonas said the last year has been extremely busy for the couple. But they have remained each other’s biggest supporters.
"We’re enjoying the ride together and its’s been a pretty insane year and half," he said. "Lots of changes in both of our lives and she’s been a teammate through all of it."
Jonas also revealed that his hit single “Jealous” was inspired by a night out with his girlfriend!
"We went out one night and this guy was looking at her for a little too long," he said. "It was uncomfortable. I'm not a jealous person and this was an experience that I was one or two drinks in. I really got into it and then I decided to let me just process this a different way and go into the studio and write this song."
