Just months after the Bachelor alum split from fiancée (and Bachelor finalist) Vanessa Grimaldi, he’s bounced back to the dating market in full force.

Apparently he heard about the Mad Men star’s crush on him and obsession with the reality dating show, so he decided to shoot his shot with the actress by asking her to team to ask her to duke it out with him on Lip Sync Battle.

Um, was he asking her out on a date? Even the actress was confused, as she revealed on The Late Late Show With James Corden Tuesday night.

She asked, “Is that like, his way of asking me out, or does he have a problem with me?”

If it was, the celeb mom (to 6-year old Xander) wasn’t so hot for it. “I don’t know what that was. But I declined, because I don’t need to be humiliated.”

Apparently the brush-off didn’t faze Nick because he didn’t even bother to follow up with January, about which she said “says a lot.” Welp!
