Later today, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino will find out whether or not he'll receive jail time after pleading guilty to tax evasion back in January. However, he isn’t the only one nervously awaiting the news. His Jersey Shore roommate Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has revealed that she is also having a difficult time dealing with his impending sentencing. Read on for the latest.

During an appearance on Jenny McCarthy’s SiriusXM show, Nicole admitted that she was “freaking out for him.”
She continued, “Honestly we don't know what is going to happen tomorrow... so hopefully everything is going to be fine."

The mother of two then shared that she and the rest of the Jersey Shore are doing their best to keep him distracted. "We've been hanging out all week and you can tell the days are coming quicker and he's getting more nervous. We're just trying to be there for him, just hang out with him, make him smile a little bit, but it's terrifying for him."
In the midst of his legal trouble, Mike is also planning a wedding with fiancé, Lauren Pesce. Nicole revealed that, understandably, this is another source of stress for the couple. She said, “We just went for Lauren’s dress fitting so you know she is putting on the dress and doing all the fun bride stuff but she is freaking out too.”
Ultimately however, they are all rallying around the 36-year-old and remaining optimistic during his time of need. “I think we just all want it to be over but we are also hoping for a great outcome."
