The model, 27, and the football player, 23, were seen soaking in the sun and holding hands.
Kristen Louelle and her husband, former NFL and MLB player Tyler Gaffney joined Olivia and Christian on their vacation.
This news comes after the model dated the Detroit Lions wide receiver Danny Amendola in a tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship.

Their relationship was initially Instagram official in February 2016, but the couple experienced their first separation in March 2018.
They last rekindled their love in September 2018, and broke up again in March.
Danny, 33, was spotted with a mystery girl in Miami in May after the NFL star blasted Olivia and DJ Zedd when dating rumors swirled in April.
