The twosome have been dating since 2011 and became engaged in January 2013. They also share two children, four-year-old Otis Alexander and a one-year-old daughter, Daisy Josephine.
A source told Radar, "They’ve never needed the piece of paper because they’re so committed to each other. But now that they’re a happy family of four, they’ve realized that they want to make it official."
The insider revealed that "Olivia and Jason are one of the most down-to-earth couples in Hollywood. They’re not planning a big celebrity affair. Instead, they’re talking about going to the courthouse with just their kids and a few family members and celebrating over dinner with some of their closest friends."
