A lot can change in 3 years! Paris Jackson was spotted out and about smoking a cigarette over the weekend, several years after bashing the act on Twitter.

The daughter of the late Michael Jackson looked a bit stressed in ripped jeans, a loose white shirt, and black hoodie.

In late 2012, Paris tweeted, "#ShoutOutToTheGirlsThat are clean. No smoking/drinking/stealing etc."

But the 17-year-old smoked while waiting for a table with friends after getting her hair done in Los Angeles.
