Police Called AGAIN! Paula Patton & Robin Thicke’s Custody War Continues – Find Out The Latest
56th GRAMMY Awards - Red Carpet
Paula Patton and Robin Thicke’s custody battle took a turn for the worse on Thursday when police were called during a scheduled handoff of the couple’s son, Julian.
According to reports, Paula refused to hand over Julian to the court-appointed monitor after the six-year-old decided he didn’t want to go with his dad. Robin, who was present for the exchange, also reportedly got a little too close to Paula, who currently has a restraining order against her ex that requires him to stay at least 100 yards away from her.
Robin’s alleged violation paired with Julian’s refusal to go with his father is reportedly what led Paula’s housekeeper to call the police. However, Paula allegedly left the scene, taking Julian, before authorities arrived.

A source close to the situation told People, “There is no question that Robin was in violation of both the restraining order and the monitor’s visitation protocol, which were communicated to Robin directly.” While a Robin source told the mag, “Every week, they do the drop off at the same park after Julian gets off of school. Robin waits in his car and Paula comes and gives Julian to the monitor.”
The varying reports didn’t end there as the Robin source claimed Paula was an hour late to the location while the Paula insider said the actress “was on time” for the drop-off.
