Ewan McGregor and his daughter, Clara were spotted arriving at Narita International Airport on September 4 in Japan. It's a rare appearance since she landed herself in some hot water after saying some negative things about her dad's girlfriend, actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Keep reading to hear more.
The 47-year-old and his 22-year-old daughter wore casual but comfy clothes for their long plane ride into Japan. Ewan wore black denim, a black tee and a heather-gray blazer.
Clara wore a pop of color with her turquoise bomber jacket, black shirt and a black graphic T-shirt with anime characters printed on it.
On July 13, the model commented on a fan-handled Instagram account of Mary and wrote, "Most beautiful and talented woman on earth? Oh man y’all are delusional. The girl is a piece of trash x.”

She later opened up about her comment via a recent interview with U.K. publication, The Times. She said she was “angry and upset” when she made the rude comment and revealed that “it wasn’t the most mature way to go about things.”
Ewan filed for divorce from Clara's mother and his wife, Eva Mavrakis after 22 years of marriage. They share four children together and he was first spotted with Mary last October.
