The Jersey Shore star attempted to find some humor in her pain within the post, captioning it with "Happy Friday!" along with the hashtags #pregnancyproblems, #jesustakethewheel and #CouldI.
Fellow "meatball" Deena Cortese, who is days from giving birth to her first child, shared her own words of encouragement for her fellow pregnant friend.
"Uhg hang in there meatball you'll be into second trimester before you know it!," Deena wrote. "I love you!!!"

Nicole announced that she was pregnant on Thanksgiving day. It's the third child for her and husband Jionni Lavalle.
