Rapper Fabolous Is Indicted For Assault On Baby Mama Emily Bustamante

Fabolous has been indicted on four felony charges that stem from his alleged assault on longtime girlfriend and baby mama Emily Bustamante. Read on for the latest.
The “Make Me Better” rapper is facing 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill, and 1 count of possession of a weapon.
If found guilty, any of these charges could land the Brooklyn native 5 years in prison.
Back in March, the former Love & Hip Hop: New York star called the cops to report that Fab had hit her. According to documents, he allegedly punched her in the face 7 times, which reportedly led to "severe damage to her two front teeth."

The 40-year-old turned himself into Englewood, New Jersey police the next night and was charged with aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat. At the time, he was cited and given a ticket for a court appearance.
