Real Housewives of Atlanta star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall has been arrested for domestic violence. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, he was taken into custody on Monday, April 15.
According to Atlanta Black Star, Kevin was charged with one felony count of injuring a spouse or cohabitant.
His arrest allegedly stems from a domestic altercation that took place on Jan. 14. He was released on Thursday, April 18 after posting $75,000.
He is slated to appear before a judge on April 30.
Eva, 34, who shares one daughter with Kevin, has opened up about her own experiences with his alleged abuse on RHOA.
“I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness,” she shared. “He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside of my balcony before and he’s been standing in the dark. And it is the scariest feeling ever.”
However, Kevin has slammed the accusations and Eva herself for using their former relationship to spice up her “storyline.”
“It’s sad when she gotta keep using my name for her storyline,” he wrote on Twitter in March. “If I was the husband I would be like ‘Real H*e of Atlanta is you out of you mind, or is you still obsessed with your child’s Father? Why is he in our story line so much ain’t I enough headline for our relationship?'”
