The "Roller Coaster" singer also revealed why she hasn’t acknowledged her husband’s lawsuit on the show. “You can't show those things on television, simple as that,” she said. “You can't show legal issues on TV. You can show trials. We're not in trial!”

“It’s a lawsuit you can’t comment on it,” Erika shot back before adding, “And I pay my own bills so no I don’t.”
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Law Finance Group accused Tom of allegedly failing to pay back a $15 million loan
The company claimed he used the funds to “maintain his lavish lifestyle and to keep his prominent law firm financially afloat.” They also claimed he’s made no attempt to pay back the allegedly outstanding loan.
Tom has denied their claims. “I have not taken one penny from the law firm in the past three years,” he said in a statement. “I have devoted everything to assist in the cases that we have here. Further, the money that was borrowed, we agreed to repay in approximately two weeks before the lawsuit. It is slanderous that the money was for my ‘lifestyle’…every penny went for costs in cases that the firm is handling.
