'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Star Erika Jayne Finally Addresses Husband Tom Girardi's $15M Lawsuit
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has finally about opened up about her husband Tom Girardi’s ongoing legal troubles. In a new interview, the Bravo celebrity spoke candidly about why the attorney has been MIA for most of the seaso
“Tom is a lawyer,” Erika told Entertainment Tonight. “He has his own firm, he has his own clients and so, that is his first responsibility.”
The "Roller Coaster" singer also revealed why she hasn’t acknowledged her husband’s lawsuit on the show. “You can't show those things on television, simple as that,” she said. “You can't show legal issues on TV. You can show trials. We're not in trial!”
During a Watch What Happens Live appearance in March, a fan asked her, “Do you feel the need to cut back on your glam squad since your husband is being sued for a huge amount of money?”

“It’s a lawsuit you can’t comment on it,” Erika shot back before adding, “And I pay my own bills so no I don’t.”
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Law Finance Group accused Tom of allegedly failing to pay back a $15 million loan
The company claimed he used the funds to “maintain his lavish lifestyle and to keep his prominent law firm financially afloat.” They also claimed he’s made no attempt to pay back the allegedly outstanding loan.
Tom has denied their claims. “I have not taken one penny from the law firm in the past three years,” he said in a statement. “I have devoted everything to assist in the cases that we have here. Further, the money that was borrowed, we agreed to repay in approximately two weeks before the lawsuit. It is slanderous that the money was for my ‘lifestyle’…every penny went for costs in cases that the firm is handling.
