Real Housewives of New York star Sonja Morgan is settling into her new home. The reality star sold her iconic Lenox Hill townhouse and downsized to a New York City apartment and she seems to be in love with her new digs.
Sonja’s new pad boasts a small but “manageable” kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and pristine white countertops.
The 55-year-old’s open concept living area features a plush white sectional sofa and an impressive working fireplace.
Though the Bravo celebrity was sad to part with the large garden of her townhouse, she managed to create the next best thing. Her terrace-with-a-view is filled to the brim with plants, flowers, and herbs.

The apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer — a rarity in New York City.
Sonja worked hard to make her new place a safe haven. She even painted the walls of her bedroom haint blue — a color believed to ward off evil spirits.
The mom of one has previously opened up about how difficult moving out of the townhouse was for her. “My kid was born here! She grew up here,” Sonja said at the time before adding, “...I feel like I’m leaving a lot of memories behind in this house…”
