Housewives & Enemies React To Bethenny Frankel’s Departure From ‘Real Housewives Of New York’

When Bethenny Frankel confirmed her departure from Real Housewives of New York on August 21, many were heartbroken, including her fellow castmates, along with other housewives throughout the Bravo universe.

Many took to Instagram and reacted to the news, wishing Bethenny, 48, the best of luck on her future endeavors.

RHONY castmates Tinsley Mortimer and Dorinda Medley, who has had a strained relationship with Bethenny over the years, headed to the comments section with lots of love. Tinsley, 43, left several kissing emojis, and Dorinda, 54, said, “Happy for you but sad for the group.”

Kyle Richards of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kept her message short and sweet with a red heart. D’andra Simmons of Real Housewives of Dallas also chimed in to wish Bethenny well. She wrote, “Wishing you all the best in this next chapter xo” with two pink hearts.

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi praised Bethenny’s statement. “Beautifully said. Wishing you continued success my friend,” she commented.

Barbara Kavovit, who also recently revealed she was leaving RHONY, wrote, “you excel at everything – excited to see your next move!” with a purple heart.

Bethenny confirmed the news on August 21 in a statement to Variety. She plans on focusing on her daughter, philanthropy, and production partnership with Mark Burnett.

The Skinnygirl mogul joined Real Housewives of New York in 2008 before its premiere. She then left the show in 2010 and returned in 2015.
