Peter, 58, originally launched Club One in April 2016, but he's doing some renovations to bring it up to speed.
"We doin' house cleaning. It's been three years, we gotta shape up the house and make it beautiful. A lot of people down here talkin' about 'Peter, you closed.' Nooo ... sometimes you gotta stop, you gotta rebuild and start all over," he told his fans in an Instagram video on Tuesday, June 4.
He continued, "Let me walk you through the room. We're going to make sure this room right here is prettier than what you're looking at right now. We got a new light system coming in, we're going to spoof up the downstairs. We're going to make this s**t prettier than ever before. It's still the sexiest club in all of North and South Carolina."

It's unclear why he decided to set age restrictions on patrons, but even being the legal drinking age won't get you through the doors.
"Right now we're going to make it 25 and older. Just stay tuned and you'll see what we're talking about," he revealed.
Peter and Cynthia, 52, divorced in 2016 after six years of marriage, and she swore she would never tie the knot again.
