RHOA’s Demetria McKinney Says Phaedra Parks Was “Bitter” Following Apollo Nida’s Fraud Scandal

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’s Demetria McKinney is one of the newbies on the reality show’s latest season. But that hasn’t kept her from sharing her opinion on her fellow castmates.

Speaking to OK!, McKinney said she went into the show’s Season 7 with an open mind.

“I tried to start the journey on an even playing field, to let the girls show me who they really were,” McKinney said.

She added that she was particularly unimpressed with housewife Phaedra Parks. “I know life dealt her a tough deck of cards, but being bitter and turning on everybody around you is just not cool.”

McKinney did build a close bond with housewife Claudia Jordan. “I’ve noticed that a lot of newbies on RHOA don’t get along, but we’re true tomboys and complement each other very well,” she said.
