Paul Nassif, the Botched doctor who was once married to former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, is ready to walk down the aisle again. He announced his engagement to girlfriend Brittany Pattakos on Monday, June 3. Read on for all the details.
Paul, 56, shared a romantic video from their engagement on his Instagram.
He proposed to her on a boat while an instrumental version of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” played in the background.
“This weekend I found out I get to spend the rest of my life with my soulmate...,” he captioned.
Brittany, 27, appeared to be equally as excited. “Best day of my life! I get to marry my best friend!!” she wrote on Instagram alongside an intimate engagement pic.

This will be Paul’s second marriage. He wed Adrienne, 57, in 2002. They were later featured on RHOBH during its first three seasons.
Paul and Adrienne split in 2012. They have three boys together.
Adrienne had a May-December relationship herself shortly after breaking up with Paul. She dated Rod Stewart’s son Sean in 2013. There’s nearly a twenty year age difference between them.
