Alexis Bellino has moved on from her ex-husband, Jim, and with that comes saying goodbye to their old home. The Real Housewives of Orange County stars’ former spot has hit the market for a cool price of $8M. Read on for all the details.
The one story, equestrian-friendly home was purchased back in 2016 for more than half of their listing price: $3.65 million.
There must have been some extensive work done to the property to justify its massive price increase.
The home, set in San Juan Capistrano, is 8,869 square feet with seven bedrooms and bathrooms.

Amenities within the property include an oversized pool and bocce court, horse stables, corrals and even an orchard.
Alexis, 41, and Jim, 56, officially split in June of 2018 after thirteen years of marriage. They share three children with each other.
The former RHOC star has also moved on in the love department. She made her Instagram debut with her new beau Andy Bohn on Sunday, February 3.
