Braunwyn Windham-Burke brought together her family and friends to celebrate her 17-year-old daughter Rowan's OC Fashion Week debut on the October 22 episode of Real Housewives of Orange County. The teen showcased her new dance wear label, Dark Rabbit, and Braunwyn was certainly one proud mom. But trouble struck when castmate Kelly Dodd and the newest housewife had an altercation with the fashion show host during the event.
Braunwyn, 41, brought along her mom Dr. Deb to the show to witness her granddaughter's big night. While waiting for the show to begin, Deb runs to the bathroom. However a security guard grabs her arm and the "Priestess of Burning Man" loses it! He questioned her as she exclaimed, “You need to respect your elders. Oh, my goddess. I went to go to the bathroom and he grabbed me.”
Braunwyn then caught wind of the argument and rushed to find Kathy, the cohost of OC Fashion Week, and demands answers. Deb informed her daughter that she was assaulted and harassed by Kathy. Kathy is taken aback and replied angrily, “I think you’re making a false accusation.” Kelly, 44, ran to Braunwyn's defense and was prepared to fight back.
The cohost attempted to explain that she didn’t know who Deb was, and she went on to hit Kelly in the mouth with her microphone. Kelly screamed, “What a wacko jacko!”
Soon after Rowan's show concluded and she drinks in the praise and applause, as Braunwyn's family piled into her van, the Bravo star is still fuming over Kathy. "Don’t f**k with my family!” she yelled.
Fellow housewife Shannon Beador also attended the fashion event to support daughter Adeline, who was modeling in Rowan's show. But the 55-year-old became a bit too overbearing when she criticized Adeline's runway walk. Shannon was only trying to coach the 15-year-old on her catwalk so she could be ready for the show. But it came off as condescending and her daughter just couldn't take it anymore.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Tuesdays on Bravo at 9 p.m.
