Gina Kirschenheiter appears to be relying on loved ones to keep her upbeat after her estranged husband Matthew allegedly attacked her. The Real Housewives of Orange County star spent time with her “babies” back home on Long Island on Sunday, June 30.

The RHOC star looked happy while playing around with her kids. She’s been on Long Island since the alleged situation with Matthew, 35, occurred.

Gina filed a protective order against Matthew on Monday, June 24, two days after the alleged altercation.

They allegedly got into a blowout fight during which Matt threatened to kill Gina and hit her repeatedly after a night out together.

According to the Orange County courts, Matt is not permitted within 100 yards of Gina or their kids. Documents state that she was granted “legal and physical custody” of their kids until a hearing takes place on July 17.

Gina has since received support from fans and RHOC costars including Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge.
