Gina filed a protective order against Matthew, 35, on Monday, June 24, two days after the alleged incident between them happened.
They allegedly got into a blowout fight where Matt threatened to kill Gina and hit her repeatedly.
According to the Orange County courts, Matt is not permitted within 100 yards of Gina or their kids. Documents state that she was granted “legal and physical custody” of their kids until a hearing takes place on July 17.
The RHOC star filed for divorce from Matthew in April 2018. They have joint legal custody of their children Nicholas, 7, Sienna, 5 and Luca, 4.
