New mommy Gretchen Rossi has documented many special moments with daughter Skylar Gray since giving birth to her on Wednesday, July 10. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star took fans inside her newborn’s first car ride home where the baby was dressed like a princess while napping the day away.
Gretchen, 40, posted footage from Skylar’s big moment on Instagram Sunday, July 21. The car ride took place on Saturday, July 13.
“It was such a special day to be taking our baby girl home!” Gretchen captioned. “She did such a good job in her car seat and fell right asleep.”
Skylar looked adorable in a pink bejeweled hat, multi colored onesie and blanket that was designed by one of Gretchen’s friends.
“Look at how cute she is!” Gretchen gushed while taking a video of Skylar napping in her car seat. “We are such new parents. We’re like filming every second of her on her way home.”

Gretchen was in the emergency room for three days after giving birth via C-section to baby Sky.
She went into detail about her difficult delivery on her Instagram stories. Gretchen also blasted her haters who complained about her not posting any photos of Skylar at that point.
Skylar is the first child for Gretchen and her fiancé Slade Smiley. They announced her pregnancy in December 2018.
