New mommy Gretchen Rossi posted Instagram snaps and videos of her breastfeeding her daughter Skylar on Saturday, July 20. She welcomed her first child into the world via C-section on Wednesday, July 10.
"You guys she latched on perfectly," Gretchen, 40, said about Skylar in a video posted after her surgery. "She's suckling. She's doing really good."
Gretchen's face was noticeably swollen while she breastfed baby Skylar.
Gretchen also posted videos of her and fiance Slade Smiley's family and friends meeting Skylar for the first time.

The former RHOC star also detailed night number one with Skylar which she said was "exhausting."
She gave birth to Skylar on Wednesday, July 10, the same day as her scheduled C-section.
The process of delivery Skylar wasn't easy for Gretchen. She was in recovery for days and in a ton of pain after it happened.
She shared the first photo of Skylar on Instagram Thursday, July 18.
