Gretchen just got past her first trimester and admitted to barely being able to eat anything during that time…especially sweets.

Now things have done a 180 for her in the sweets department as she requested a box of chocolates from her fiancé Slade Smiley on January 17.

“Look I know you’re going to want more than just a few pieces during this pregnancy so I might as well get you a whole box,” he told her.
