It was a truly emotional moment for former Real Housewives of Orange County stars Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley on Sunday, February 24. The parents-to-be held a gender reveal party where everyone went into hysterics after they found out the gender of their baby! Read on for all the details.
Gretchen wore a blue and pink dress, which fit right in with the theme of the party.
Her former fellow RHOC castmate Lizzie Rovzek attended the big day.
Some celeb friends who attended included former Celebrity Big Brother houseguest Jonathan Bennett and his partner Jaymes Vaughan.
Everyone was given streamers which would either shoot out blue or pink confetti, indicating if Gretchen and Slade are having a boy or a girl.
Gretchen posted a clip of pink confetti then shooting out of the streamers, which caused the entire party to scream with joy.

“IT’S A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” she wrote on the corresponding post. “I have prayed for you for what seems like my whole life my sweet precious baby girl!!”
The former RHOC revealed that she and Slade wanted to have a daughter. “Slade and I are overjoyed and secretly were hoping and praying we would have a little girl (just because he already has two boys).”
Baby number one for Gretchen and Slade is due this July.
Gretchen first revealed that she was pregnant on Monday, December 17. The joyous news came after her sharing all about her devastating IVF journey, where she lost 14 embryos over the course of several years.
